Custom Propeller Features
Static Balancing
This is process where weights are shifted or material is removed to reduce vibration. After taking into account prop diameter and RPM settings, the propeller is balanced for optimal performance.
Standard Set Screw Sizes
For your convenience, R2 Quality Casting uses standard set screws of 1/4”, 5/16”, or 3/8”.
Custom Propeller Bores
The bore is the cavity in the center of the propeller that connects to the shaft. Our precision investment casters can customize the bore to be straight, tapered, broached or threaded.

Custom Product Preview
Our investment casters can allow you to see a prototype of the exact product that you ordered before the investment casting process begins. Using CAD/CAM and SolidWorks along with 3D Printing techniques and Wax Injection Molding, we can show you what your order will look like and better envision its application.
